About Tara Hunter
Tara Hunter brings more than two decades of education experience spanning classroom practice, instructional support, leadership development, and school-improvement work. Her consulting is grounded in what schools can realistically implement, monitor, and sustain.
Based in San Antonio, Texas, she partners with districts, charter schools, private schools, and campus teams across Texas and Tennessee that need stronger alignment between expectations and execution. Her work focuses on helping leaders tighten instructional systems, strengthen staff practice, and improve consistency across classrooms.
